How do I read my e-mails on the internet?1. Login to Cpanel (with login info sent via e-mail to you at sign-up)
2. Click the Mail button
3. Click the Manage / Add Accounts
4. Click Read Webmail for the account you wish to read e-mail from.
5. Choose your webmail client, either one will do.
How can I receive my e-mails on my computer?You will need a program like Outlook or Thunderbird. Outlook Express is a free program that comes with basicly every version of Windows. Thunderbird is free and open source and is what we recommend using. You can find it at
http://www.mozilla.org Once you find a program you like, just setup the POP3 Details and the SMTP details for your account in either program and your good to go. If you need help setting these programs up please contact the support team.
Do you have spam filters installed?Yes all our servers have a special in-house built spam filter on it protecting you the customers from tons of spam. We also offer various 3rd party app's via Cpanel that offer even more Spam protection.

Resellers aren't put on the shared hosting server but they too are on a shared hosting enviroment but with full control over everything down to even creating new accounts for their friends or buddies under their account.
What will happen if I go over my allocated space and bandwidth?We will send you a warning e-mail alerting you, your running out of space or bandwidth. We will then try to contact you to make sure you know of the current problem and if you want to buy some more space or bandwidth to rectify it.
